Terms and Conditions
Delivery
Once we have received your order (either via our website or over the phone) we will send you an email and/or text message to confirm your delivery day.
We aim to get your delivery to you within 5 working days of your order.
All deliveries are carried out by ourselves.
If you are not going to be home when we deliver to you then don’t worry; you can give us specific instruction on where to leave your logs when you place your order.
Please refer to our delivery are map for prices. Green area £10 and yellow area £15.
Should your delivery not arrive within the stated delivery day, please contact us immediately by telephone (07736241355) or by email (info@eastsidefirewood.co.uk). We will investigate and rectify the problem as soon as possible.
If you can return the bags to us in good condition on your next order, they can be recycled and used again but you are welcome to keep the bags if you find a good use for them.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely using Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal payments.
We accept payment via BACS transfer, or with cash upon delivery. If you want to pay by BACS, our BACS information will be e-mailed to you.
Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will review your complaint. Upon review if the product does not meet standards, we will replace free of charge. For all questions and or concerns regarding your purchase please let us know by visiting our contact page.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@eastsidefirewood.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Yardhayes, Crow Lane, Bridgwater, TA7 8QP.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@eastsidefirewood.co.uk.
Privacy
We store the following information on customers:
- Customer name
- E-mail address
- Billing Address
- Delivery Address
This information is used when making an order, and to ease the process of making future orders and to provide a historical record of a user’s orders.
We will not pass on or sell your details to any third parties.
